We can now provide same-day mini or root-formed implant solutions so that you go away with teeth fixed and ready to use, with the minimum of surgery and cost. Newer designs can often reduce or avoid the need for bone grafting and can work in situations where people were previously told they did not have enough bone.
Dental implants are generally titanium-based items placed into the jaw bone. When successful, bone grows around them (osseointegration) and artificial teeth (bridges, crowns or dentures) can then be firmly attached. Some techniques require several months’ healing; others can have fixed teeth the same day.
Same-day mini or midi implants
Minimum surgery, per jaw (not including cost of new denture; existing denture modified if suitable).
Single mini implant (1.8 mm wide)
For very narrow bone or small teeth. May need two mini implants for every one standard implant.
Single small root-shaped implant
Used when less bone height is present.
Single standard-size tooth implant
Large cylinder design, implant only.
Multiple implants
Discounts possible for multiple implant treatments; price varies with case complexity and any bone grafting.
Bone grafting (1–2 teeth)
Locally harvested bone.
Three implants supporting bridgework
Three implants triangularised to support bridgework, including any local bone grafting.
Medium-sized bone grafting for implant work
Bone harvested from elsewhere in the mouth.
Two-implant retained lower denture
Includes locally harvested bone and special connectors/attachments (excludes cost of new denture).
Three or four-implant retained lower denture
Includes locally harvested bone and special connectors/attachments (excludes cost of lower denture).
Full-arch implant-retained bridgework
Often needs pre-operative bone grafting; excludes bone grafts and bridgework costs.
Advanced surgical procedures
Sinus lifts, ID nerve repositioning, iliac crest grafts or other complex operations.
Implant treatments are complex and have a recognised failure rate. Each case must be individually assessed and prices assume you are medically and dentally favourable. Smokers and those with existing gum disease have higher risks of failure.
We provide over 25 different crown types with many variations, depending on your needs. We refuse low-quality options that do not meet our exacting standards (such as some base metal crowns and low-quality imported work). Differences in quality are mainly due to fit, cosmetics, strength and technical expertise.
Prices below assume the underlying tooth and gums are healthy and suitable. For complex bridgework, occlusal re-organisation or full smile profiling, please add approximately 25% per unit – an individual estimate will be provided.

Acrylic dentures vary in quality mainly through the materials and processing used (standard, high-impact resin, injection-moulded), the quality of teeth (shape, colour, arrangement), the surface fit to cheeks, tongue and gum and the quality of the dynamic occlusion (chewing).
Please remember that denture work is as much an art as a science. We are Specialists in the techniques and art of dentures.

Duplicate (spare) new dentures
Made at the same visits as the main set – only half price of the chosen set when ordered before the first set is started.
These acrylic dentures vary according to materials, teeth used and advanced clinical and processing techniques, all of which affect function, fit and cosmetic outcome.
Below is a small selection of further treatment options. Modern dental research moves quickly and we constantly update what we can offer. Detailed, personalised estimates are provided after a full consultation.
Children’s monthly prevention plan
Once dentally fit and any outstanding work is completed, covers up to 3 visits per year, sealing teeth against decay, white fillings (not metal) and topical fluoride treatments.
Adults’ monthly prevention plan
Once dentally fit, covers up to 3 visits per year with regular gum treatments (3 per year) and discounts for other treatment (fillings, crowns etc.) after 6 months in the plan. Family/household discounts available.
Sealing teeth against decay
Sealing grooves and fissures as a purely preventive measure.
Blood-pressure checks
Available at examination visits on request.
Topical fluoride treatments
For adults and children, can reduce decay by up to 50%.
Decay-dissolving gel
Reduces or eliminates the need to drill away decay or good tooth, maximising saved tooth substance.
Power-bleaching (same day)
Bleaches all teeth that show when you smile (see special offers).
Tray bleaching – single arch
Upper or lower natural teeth.
Tray bleaching – both arches
Upper and lower teeth at the same treatment visits.
Bleaching of individual teeth
External or internal bleaching of one tooth.
Root-canal treatments
Using 3-dimensional sealing techniques for each root canal. Front teeth may have one canal; molars may have 3, 4 or 5.
FastBraces®
Can straighten adult front teeth typically in 3–12 months; includes all visits after the initial Cosmetic Assessment.
Deep gum treatment
For deeper gum diseases: root planing, gross scaling, fine scaling, oral hygiene instruction including interdental pocket brushes. Fixed fee even if several visits are needed.
Bad-breath treatment
Extensive initial gum treatment, oral hygiene treatment and use of an electronic haliometer (bad-breath monitor) to measure improvement.
Some treatments involve linked options – for example, root-treated teeth often need a crown; bleaching only lightens natural tooth, not fillings or crowns. A personal consultation is essential for accurate planning and pricing.
Value, quality & safety – not just price
Our prices quoted after a full examination are inclusive – we avoid hidden extras for labwork, temporaries, abutments and other components which can make some advertised prices elsewhere look cheaper than they really are. We will always give you all the choices and clear bottom-line prices in your written estimate, usually at your first detailed examination.
Please don’t skimp on an expert examination from a fully qualified and registered Specialist in Prosthodontics. It is the planning and skill that you are mainly valuing, not just the materials in a crown or filling.
If you are curious or worried about overly cheap deals overseas, please read our independent advice: Dental Dangers Abroad – warnings and safeguards . If you have already suffered harm from cheap dentistry abroad, we may still be able to help salvage the situation, depending on how much tooth or bone remains.
Remember: the price is only one consideration. Please also consider our expertise, reputation, gentleness, quality of service and total value and trust overall.
